Employee of the Month (2006)
At Super Club, the world’s most generic big-box store, two employees couldn’t be more different. Zack (Dane Cook) is a charming slacker who does the bare minimum to get by, while Vince (Dax Shepard) is the smug golden boy who’s won “Employee of the Month” seventeen times in a row. When new cashier Amy (Jessica Simpson) joins the team, both men set their sights on impressing her — leading to a ridiculous workplace rivalry of forklift races, stockroom sabotage, and fake smiles in the name of corporate glory.

Hook: If you’ve ever been forced to care about meaningless “employee recognition” programs, this comedy will feel painfully — and hilariously — familiar.
